What Would You Like To Get Out Of Vegas This Year?

Going into MBLV, what are your goals to accomplish by going to the show this year?

Do you have goals?

Curious to see....

I would like to get my gambling money back from Vegas.

I would like to get the Resort Fees back. What a rip-off. Don't need the room phone, don't need in room Wi-Fi, don't need the daily newspaper we never got...

All the things that are supposed to stay there!

My goals this year are to reduce the number of gigs I do to no more than 2 per month and play a lot more golf on those weekends I'm not working!

Robert- shut up. You haven't attended ONE industry-related convention in over 10 years!

It's been a while since I've attended the seminar side. The showroom, looking at the new gear is my only interests.

I do go to Vegas generally twice a year. My favorite show to attend is the NCB (Nightclub & Bar). Goes way beyond what the DJ show offers, way more expensive too.

Funny... not once have I seen you at Nightclub & Bar. LOL... I call Bullspit.

Prove me wrong, tell me one seminar you went to and what you got out of it. Also, what was the big announcement there this year?

Arnoldo- Put your glasses back on and read....what I wrote above, "It's been a while since I've gone." Never said I was there last year, nor were you. Last time I was there Patrick Henry was one of the guests speakers and they had a DJ spin-off at Studio 54. I generally go to walk the Exhibit Floor. If I ever go again, I'll have to stop by the ADJ booth and meet the Man.

I've worked clubs in my earlier years, all gone now. Nature of the business. And what clubs are you a resident at?

You haven't gone to a damn show in years, so you really have NO valuable input on any show.

You haven't worked any clubs. Do we really need to talk about you asking DJs to have dinner with you and then you don't have the money to pay so they should pay your dinner because of all the "valuable advice" you gave?

I have Stopped, that's why I don't go anymore.

Then quit chiming in like you know what goes on at conventions.

Someday, if I don't retire before so from DJing, I may get back to attending some.
