Hello all, my wedding this weekend will secretly feature the groom pulling a large fish out from under his brides gown during the garter removal. Seeking advice on a track to slam on as this happens. Maybe flipper soundtrack, “Fishin in the dark”…….. Thanks in advance.

I would actually consider grabbing an audio track of Bert and Ernie, where Ernie says "Here fishy, fishy, fishy"

Rock Lobster
Theme from "Jaws" could be good if he can spend some time 'fishing' and pull it out at the right moment in the song. Maybe loop the intro "duhhn dunt" a few times to build it up.

Keep Fishin' - Weezer
Fish Heads - Barnes & Barnes
Downeaster Alexa - Billy Joel

Jaws theme would probably be the most classic to use... but a few others come to mind (with a little help from The Green Book Of Songs By Subject):

Barracuda - Heart
Fins - Jimmy Buffett
Fish Heads - Barnes & Barnes
Mack The Knife - Bobby Darin
Octopuses Garden - Beatles
Rock Lobster - B52's
Under The Sea - Little Mermaid

Some that might be in poor taste...
Sushi Girl - The Tubes
Too Many Fish In The Sea - Marvelettes

and, of course, no mention of fish or fishing notwithstanding...
That Smell - Lynyrd Skynyrd

How about the beginning of the "Feel Like I'm Fixin' to Die" by Country Joe McDonald.......just don't use the version from Woodstock.....

No, Mr. Bloom... there is no scenario where popping out from under ANY woman's skirt with a fish ends well... LOL!

I was thinking you'll need "I'm Sorry" by Brenda Lee cued up instead, but maybe a Hallmark card that says 'I'm sorry I implied your who-ha stinks like fish in front of 200 of our closest friends and family on our wedding day.'

The groom tried like crazy to catch the "prop" fish (event was on a lake) prior to the event and I guess it got away:) we stayed conventional.
