OK, who DJ'd this Wedding? Better yet, how did the DJ manage to N O T get blamed for it all?
A groom was arrested at his own wedding after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage waitress and brawled with responding police officers.
Matthew Aimers, of Willingboro, New Jersey, was arraigned Wednesday on multiple charges, including indecent assault, indecent exposure, imprisonment of a minor, harassment, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a fight.
The 31-year-old newlywed asked an underage waitress if they could "go outside and make out" during his November wedding reception at Northampton Valley Country Club in Richboro. After the waitress, whose name has not been released, rejected Aimers advances, the groom allegedly followed her to the bathroom, where he exposed himself and sexually assaulted her. When the girl tried to escape, Aimers continued to "proposition her," at one point offering her $100 to "kiss me like you mean it," according to court documents.
Police later responded to reports of a fight at the country club where they found Aimers "pushing and punching people" following an argument with an employee about bringing alcohol outside of the venue.
After police arrived, Aimers allegedly boarded a shuttle bus parked near the country club and hurled insults at officers before a cop with a taser gun persuaded him to get off the vehicle. The disgruntled groom continued to argue with police before he was eventually taken into custody. Aimers was released from prison the day following his arrest after posting ten percent of his $350,000 bail. His next hearing is scheduled for Feb. 21,
His attorney, Louis Busico, says that Aimers “absolutely denies all charges"
