I should of limited the amount of pictures for my nieces wedding montage dvd. Or told them to scan the pics for me. lol

I've been scanning for two days (not constantly, lol). My scanner is old, kinda slow, it even squeeks and creeks. But it works still, for how much longer, I don't know.

Do those of you who make these photo montage's for brides put a stipulation on the amount of photos allowed?

Do you charge extra for scanning?

Are you pulling on your tie when you say that I tell them no more than 100 and yes I will charge after that. Anything longer than about 9 minutes and people will start to move around. I usually do 3 songs, 1 for the groom, bride and together. Grad parties I've done up to 5 songs. That's because it usually loops on a TV in the background or another room.

I have a scanning charge,,, $.50 per photo.. WHY? because I dont just scan them in.. I also put them in photoshop, fix anything incorrect such as if the photo is too dark, has scratches, dirt etc. If course, they can just give me a DVD or CD with all the photos scanned... I just tell them how to name them when saving so we know what order to go in. I have a nice form for all of this info..

Well, this dvd montage is for my niece, so the size doesn't matter. I WAS gonna Photoshop the pics, but there are so damn many. lol

I did manage to finish scanning over 200 pics this morning around 3am. lol

Its part of her wedding gift.
