A dumb question.

Replace the {} with [].

It's simple. But Steve's right - I also don't have any icons for adding images or video.

Scroll down to where it says manage attachments, click on that to open the dialog box. You will see 5 buttons that says choose file. then upload. If you don't see that let me know.

I do see that, and I can upload pics. But they post as attachments...and NOT in the body of the email.

There is no "toolbar" (for lack of a better word) with icons to click to insert pics or vids.
Here is a screen shot of my "GO ADVANCED" screen.

In order for me to put pictures in the body of my text it has to be on the web already and I just link to it.

Nope. Just the same "ADVANCED" screen with a place to manage attachments, but no icons for adding video or pics
