You know what, I know you're just being cheeky, but I'm actually surprised when it picks up some of my more local colloquialisms.

I don't own a smart phone ..... had a Droid Global 2 3G phone but hated the thing. The battery wouldn't run for an entire typical business day. It would be back on the charger around 3pm every day. Verizon wouldn't upgrade me without an outrageous bill for the Droid RAZR 4G until my existing contract runs out in Feb 2013. So I sold my Droid and went back to using my old Motorola RAZR Flip-Phone until I'm eligible for an upgrade. Maybe by then the iPhone 5 will be in the Verizon stable.

My Droid RAZR handles speech to text fairly well. I use it sometimes.
My car's bluetooth-enabled radio will actually read my text messages to me as I'm driving. If I ask it nicely, that is.
